  • Communication Channels: We do not manage or monitor customer queries via social media platforms, including Instagram comments (disabled), direct messages (DMs), Facebook inboxes or TikTok mentions. These platforms are for marketing and promotional updates only.

For clarity and accountability, only email correspondence will be recognised as valid in resolving order queries or disputes.

Any communication sent via social media channels may be ignored and will not be considered binding or part of the official resolution process.

Right to Refuse Service

As per Section 5(2)(b) and Section 8(2)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008, Lotus Pēs reserves the right to refuse service or bar access to future purchases in cases of misuse of our platform, noncompliance with store policies or abusive conduct towards our team.

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on harassment, defamation or disregard of our legally binding store terms. Any violations may result in permanent account restrictions and legal recourse if required.

SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lotus Pēs regarding your use of the Service.
