Suitable for all skin types. It gently cleanses and exfoliates the skin. It’s effective in diminishing dark spots, acne, stretch marks and uneven skin tone.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
- Kojic Acid: Inhibits the production of melanin in the skin. The pathway that leads to excess melanin or pigment (in other words, a dark spot) is complex, but at the heart of the matter is an enzyme known as tyrosinase. Kojic acid blocks UV-activation of tyrosinase, thereby limiting the production of melanin. This means it can help lighten existing sunspots and photodamage, fade the dark marks left from acne scarring or after a pimple and even improve melasma. It qlso acts as an antioxidant. Kojic acid can help scavenge and counteract skin-damaging free radicals caused by exposure to things such as UV damage and pollution. This not only helps improve overall skin tone as well but also makes it a good general anti-aging ingredient.
- Papaya Powder: Papaya has fruit acids known as alpha-hydroxy acids, which is a chemical exfoliant. AHAs are used for dry skin and works to improve skin by removing the top layers of the skin through weakening the lipids that bond them together, thus, removing dull and dead skin cells and revealing healthy skin cells. It is very effective in breaking down skin cells and also increasing collagen production because of the removal of dead particles. Papaya specifically will help brighten and give the skin a youthful radiance.

- Turmeric Oil: Turmeric contains the antioxidant curcumin, which is also anti-inflammatory and can lighten pigmentation. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and antioxidant effects, which can benefit the skin in many ways. Turmeric has been reported to help with eczema, psoriasis, acne and wound healing. Turmeric has antiseptic and antibacterial properties that fight pimples and breakouts. It removes redness from acne and other types of scarring, reduces inflammation and evens out skin discolouration.

Hibiscus Powder:
Hibiscus is known for it’s rich level of antioxidants, including vitamin C and beta-carotene. It also contains an antioxidative and anti-inflammatory plant pigment called anthocyanin, which gives the plant its pink-red hue. And when it comes to skin care, these antioxidants can help reduce oxidative stress (which can contribute to aging skin) and the inflammation that comes with it. Hibiscus contains malic acid and citric acid which gently exfoliates and brightens the skin. When applied topically, AHAs slough away dead skin cells and encourage skin cell renewal. Through this gentle mode of exfoliation, AHAs can help reduce hyperpigmentation, increase skin clarity and leave your skin looking plus feeling smoother.
