Warm a small amount between your palms and gently massage onto clean, slightly damp skin. For best results, use after bath time to help seal in moisture.

Apply a small amount directly to the scalp or smooth through damp or dry hair as needed. Gently massage into the scalp and distribute through curls and coils, concentrating on areas prone to dryness.
