Care Guide

Storage
Keep refrigerated at all times. Store tightly sealed and away from direct light. Freeze for longer shelf life (6 months)

Shelf Life
Use within 3–4 weeks once opened.

Handling
Always use a clean, dry spoon when scooping. Do not dip used or wet utensils into the jar. Avoid leaving the jar at room temperature for extended periods.

Usage Instructions

Take 1–2 tablespoons daily. Can be taken on its own or mixed into smoothies, juice, yoghurt, oats or cooled drinks and foods. Do not add to boiling liquids.

For children, use smaller amounts according to age and tolerance.

Always use a clean, dry spoon when scooping.
