Refund policy

 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing and using our website or purchasing. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of the services.


(1) Lotus Pēs (Pty) Ltd does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances; due to the sensitive nature of our products.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

In the unlikely event that incorrect product/s are delivered to you, please contact orders@lotuspes.com within 24 hours of receiving the product/s. Please include photos and your confirmation email as an attachment. 

If any item/s that were ordered are out of stock at the time of packing or there is a missing item, you will be issued a code to use to redeem the value of the item/s.


DISCLAIMER: The consistency of our products may change due to extreme heat and/or cold weather. Lotus Pes has no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted, spilled or frozen products.

(2) Lotus Pēs (Pty) Ltd uses a third party courier system to ship all orders, thus we do not take responsibility for any lost items or items sent to the incorrect address. 

Lotus Pēs (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused to ordered items during shipping, we ship using outsourced courier services and have no control over our packages once they have been shipped. We try our best to package our items to prevent any damage that may be caused when the products are in transit. 

We do not claim any responsibility for any delivery issues or concerns that the customer has with their order once the courier collects it; we thus cease ALL responsibility for your parcel once couriers have collected it. Any communication the respective courier has with the customer once collection from Lotus Pēs (Pty) Ltd has occurred, does not involve us.

Please contact the courier directly for any address changes. 

(3) Please note we reserve the right to refuse service to any party for any reason. 

(4) We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

(5) Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.


We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transactions.
